Have you guys thought about redesigning that character? He's way too...blue. The color edit could be better as well, they don't match the style of the town screenshot.
I've gotten so used to seeing Epoch that way, I hadn't really thought about it. I'm open to suggestions or alternatives. As for the town shot, did you mean the color edit of the NPC's?
Progress! as in one town tile, 15ish tiles of randomly placed trees close to the town, and 2,500 tiles of grass i bet y'all are so speechless that you won't comment

Decided to go with the old style, and made a couple modifications and fixed the color font issue:
I've tried to use messages where a picture is displayed on the left, except this causes a moment of pause when the message is displaying. Which is no good.

Break free of the constraining boundaries of frames...
I like the face going out of the border, actually. The only thing that bugs me is that the name box has a border, but the message box doesn't. It looks pretty good as is, but the inconsistency hurts it.

Alright, I'll definitely give that a shot. Also does Epoch have too much blue? Here's the picture again.

I can easily say that these games look leagues better than yours in almost every way for different reasons.

I don't really think RealmS belongs in a list like that! Not for a long while yet at least.
It's me who's not sure why my game is on that list, let alone at the top. :/

i for one found chrono trigger's visual presentation to be fantastic.

No disrespect to the aker of games using these graphics or anything but.....
What is the deal with all these Rudra Graphics?
I mean come on......how many games really need to use it?
What is it about Rudra? It's like every other game uses it and the character sprites.....
So many games use it that it's starting to make those games feel alike without their own
distinct visual flair.
