This is the my favorite movie nex to Monty Python and The Holy Grail. The 1st and 2nd one.
Just type in the gamers in youtube. Watch the first one and then the second one. It will be funnier that way. If you love D&D You will love this.

do you like this movie because you can relate to the characters in each and every way?
Kind of Yeah. Except for the bard guy in the second movie.
I'll admit that I have watched it, (or the first one anyway) and I did find it quite humorous. But I won't say that it's on the same level as monty python. I mean, I am quite a big D&D nerd, but apparently nothing compared to you if you think this movie is THAT good.
The second Gamers film is a lot better than the first, although both are hilarious if you've played a lot of D&D like I have.

So there's a bunch of movies called The Gamers. There's The Gamers which you can find on youtube. Then there's Gamers: The Movie
which is more of an indie comedy about gamers (that I don't think you can find on youtube)
And then there's Gamers: Dorkness Rising which is probably the Gamers sequel.
Essentially I just wanted to point out Gamers: The Movie. In case you liked those other movies.
And actually. I just spent the better part of an hour to subtitle a video that tangentially touches the same themes that I think is just hilarious.

Just wanted to point out that there was an interview with the creator of The Gamers on Fear The Boot last week. Probably not really necropost worthy but clearly not new topic worthy either so necropost it is.
