I don't know. I don't think this is a good idea.
Because if we start doing this then RMN games on TV Tropes won't be automatically noteworthy by virtue of being on TV Tropes. It's like...ruining it for every one.
But then again there's no point fighting against it. It's impossible to turn the tide of a site once it starts going one way.

I don't have anything in mind or planned, even if I did I'm definitely not the person who would be able to organise the event. I was literally throwing the idea out and seeing if it had been mentioned backstage. I may bring it up next time i'm in IRC, no worries.
