Oh, turbo button - I miss you most/least of all
90 Mhz? Sorry bro but after I push this button it goes to a whole 120000Hz! Wooyeah!
I didn't have a turbo button, I had to use MoSlo (which sucked and never quite worked for me) :( The day I got my 200MHz Pentium 2 and tried to play a bunch of old DOS games on it, I cursed it for being so fast.
The folly of CPU time :(

I remember years ago my first C++ timer was a for loop that did some nonsense calculation ten billion times or so. It was
my first FPS timing routines were written in QBASIC and used QB's floating point timer (which measured stuff in seconds and decimal parts thereof)
lzazie I had like the same problem as you did, but I did a couple of things to get it working. First once rmxp is installed I got the latest update for it here: http://tkool.jp/products/rpgxp/eng/patches.html
and then I had to download and put in a rgss102e.dll file in my Windows/System32 directory which I downloaded from here: http://www.dll-files.com/
Then I went to where my rmxp was installed and went to the properties of RPGXP.exe and checked "Run this program as an administrator". After that I believe I got it working.
