FINISHED GAMES 2010
Posts
Well so far, this year I only finished G Darius, Jojo´s bizarre Adventure (story mode :P) and recently finished Xenogears for the second time after reading the Complete Works book, which actually made things way more enjoyable.
Uh..... I think the only games I've finished in 2010 are the Monkey Island remakes and Castle Crashers. :X
Only thing I've finished recently is Black Ops...
I really need to stpo buying games and not finishing them.

I've got two shelves of PS3 games. I've only finished ten of them. That's like a 5th of them. :X
I just finished Dragon Quest IV on the DS. I must say I really enjoyed the whole thing. I've always been a huge fan of the Sprite/Polygon mix in games as well.
the tactics system made battles a lot less mental when i was just grinding - which made it feel like I was hardly grinding at all. In truth, I wasn't - by the end of the game my hero was only lvl 32, which was also nice. I guess I kinda missed the 30-40 hour rpgs, since I'm so used to the 50-70 hour ones.
I never really felt like I didn't know where to go next, and I always seemed to stumble onto a sidequest at the right time. I missed party chat, but what can you do.
Can't wait to try DQ V, VI, and IX.
I probably won't play one of them quite yet though - I wonder what my next DS rpg to play will be...

I know DQ V was released on the DS in the states, but was VI? I remember hearing that Squenix decided against it...
Really? I thought it was coming over at some point...
Now, what I'd really like is a rerelease of DQ VII on the psp or something.

Ninty has decided to publish DQ VI themselves. I'm glad Nintendo is taking such a vested interest in the series. Probably because of how DQIX was received.
Now, I want to see DQ III on the DS. And FFVI.
On topic, I finished Dante's Inferno about a week ago. These are the games I've finished in the last year.
- Mass Effect 2 (Thrice, no less)
- Clive Barker's Jericho (had it since 2006. Only just finished it this year :p)
- Dante's Inferno
That's about it. I have a habit of starting games and never finishing 'em. I've been meaning to get Blue Dragon and the rest of my 360 JRPGs out the way, but my 360's DVD Drive just got fucked. Oh well. Gonna try to complete Castlevania: Lords of Shadow and God of War 3 for the PS3.

If either Lost Odyssey or Tales of Vesperia are in that collection, I suggest you dust them of and put them ahead of Blue Dragon on your list of priorities.
Edit: OR I could read your post properly and discover that you can't because your DVD drive is broken.
I finished Lost Odyssey back in 2009. :D I was playing Tales of Vesperia as well. 2-Player co-op is awesome. However, like I said, DVD Drive is junk now. :( Yeah, Blue Dragon, Infinite Undiscovery, Magna Carta 2 (which is Korean, but whatever), and Star Ocean 4 were very much gonna be after Tales of Vesperia.
