i found out i got into art college yesterday, yaay! :)
the condition is one alevel. i like to think i can achieve this.
They'll take one good look at your portfolio and go "welp! you're done! here's your degree."

watercolour practice...one day i'll be able to paint without pens...it's a shame my all in one scanner/printer/photocopier isn't very good. at any of those things haha.

I just had a very fun time going through each page of this topic for the first time. I really noticed how much better your art became as the months went by. Very nice stuff!

Heh; don't say that. Your watercolors are very good, and that's really something! Watercolors are harder to work with than oils (at least in my experience) because there is almost no room for mistakes, but whit oils you can always change or add or subtract something, their only drawback is that finishing a painting can be a much slower process than with any other medium... but besides that and judging by your digital stuff I think you won't have any problems with them.

i haven't been drawing much lately because of exams, but i was vaguely working on a few characters for fun in between revising and just finished them off. thank you for the compliments before btw! :)

Wow booble :o Those are very Suikoden-esque, I can tell. They remind me of more detailed versions of the TKOL art
Those are awesome, bobledeeboo! I probably wouldn't have thought of Suikoden right away, but I guess they are indeed reminiscent of some of the Suikoden art, specially S5... Anyway, I love how detailed their clothes are, and how you drew their hair, but specially I how you shaded them. I've noticed that the shading in your drawings really seems to hint at the shapes of the body and folds of the clothes... I'm envious. I still do gradients when it comes to that. xP
