"pixel art master?" LoL, I'm a hack. Those are RMXP sprites edited and frankensprited. I still need to learn A LOT before I can call myself a pixal artist. But thanks! I downloaded Graphics Gale not that long ago, so hopefully I'll find myself drawing unique sprites in the future.

I was using a line layer.
I mean, do you hold shift while drawing? Or do you actually use a line tool ?(I don't remember SAI having one, but...)
Because as I said the only thing that's holding your stuff back is that your lines are too tight, too still. You should let your hand flow more. @.@

Wes, you should probably try to cut down the size of the image a bit. You can do that in just about any art program by resizing the available canvas space.
