WHAT DO PEOPLE CARE ABOUT?

Oh don't get me wrong, I agree with you completely. But there are people who review games they haven't given a fair chance, and as long as they are honest and forthcoming about that I have no problem with it. I personally wouldn't write a review of a game unless I had reached the end of it or actually completed it.

Amateur games are fun to create -and- play. RPG Maker communities feature the best of both worlds.
