MIDSUMMER - RMN COMMUNITY PROJECT

Hm. To be honest, I didn't intent this project on being super serious or very ambitious. I am not sure which one of your ideas/if any are just playful suggestions or for reals.
Azn suggested something like having multiple PCs to play from like in FF6.

One of my school projects was a thing where there were three teams of students and you'd pick one as the MC. Eventually you'd have to fight the teams you didn't pick.
It's not on RMN because it sucked royal ass but it's an idea you can use!
I thought what might be a cute idea is that you have a group of people trying to organize the Midsummer festival and you play from different perspectives

That's actually a pretty cool idea. What would the gameplay be like, then? The first thing I thought of while reading that is that you have a list of tasks you need to accomplish and a limited time in which to accomplish them.

Did you play the Christmas Card project? It's pretty much a series of tasks. It's not a really challenging game at all - more like a funny and leisurely, light-hearted community project (even though it is called a community project, it's more like .. Chinese-communist community or a representative democracy).
I pretty much put it together along with one or two other people based off of what I hear from the crowd. You can submit your NPC lines and I may ask more from you on specific stuff depending on how you are used in the game.
Sometimes are are mini-games, silly fetch-quests that aren't too tedious, etc.
stonebro let us make like bandits and make off with their glorious festival feast!

A collection of mini-games sounds fun.
Maybe we can represent the forums as a fairy village (it's said fairies dance on Midsummer Eve) and our hero is an elf or hobgoblin in charge of preparing the festivities, whether it's herbs, well water, bonfires, o muy guapo hombres y chicas. However, the Antagonists /Unseelie court attempt to thwart our heroes at each step of the way, requiring him or her to work through battles and quests as they attempt to get the materials and set up the party before midnight.
I support that because Titania and Oberon are cool.
