I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

I'd assume the spots with ellipses are the ones he's talking about.
I don't mind ellipses when not overused though. Just please don't insert actual half-second pauses or anything goofy like that.

The terms of dialogue construction are lost on me, I guess, because I'm not entirely sure what you mean by actual half-second pauses.
It's part of RM*. You can insert, say, \| codes to stop the display of text for a given period of time.
Don't do that - use an ellipses (...) when you need a pause.

Yeah I don't mean any sort of part of written English grammar, I mean actual literal pauses where the game waits half a second before displaying the rest of the text. Don't do that, it's AWFUL. Especially in RM2K3 where the text shows up so slowly already.
