I say maybe call it "feedback", and have a percent scale based on the number of comments that are positive/negative feedback.
perhaps each comment in the gamepage can have a "thumbs up", "thumbs down" or "neutral" option attached to them.
and then, in addition to the star rating, the games also displayed their sum of thumbs up/down.
does this seem like a reasonable idea?
EDIT: so people who just wanted to comment would leave it at neutral and it'd be a perfectly ordinary comment.
