New update:
RSS feeds should be fixed throughout the site.
Did you know that each game has it's own update RSS feed at /feed? For example: http://rpgmaker.net/games/146/feed/ I'm working on getting an RSS button / icon somewhere on the gamepage, just not sure where yet...

author=ankyloYeah, we need to find a spot for things like this. For now I've been throwing things in the right-side column.

Anyone have any ideas?
author=Fallen-Grieverit's getting so crowded already! But yeah, that's where it will likely end up.
If you can explain why the right hand column is a bad idea then I'll be pretty amazed. It is by far the most sensible place to put it.
However, we also have to do something about the hideous placement of the Review,Vote and Subscribe buttons.
What if we kept them where they are but changed them to icons instead so they all fit nicely under the star rating? And have a hover text description (Review, Vote, Subscribe).
Do they need to be in the header bar? We could put them on the main game page, if necessary. Although, for ease of access they're fine there.
Thinking about it, the subscribe button could go on the left near/under the name. That leaves room for the other two on the left, where they're more pertinent - what with the review stars and download button there, I guess.
Hm, how about a small par to the left or right of the main part of the page where there's all that empty space? We could use that for something small.
Or perhaps a drop-down menu where it is now?

One thing I've noticed is that whenever you update (not adding) a download link (even one strictly set to testing for the sake of having an off-source backup), it bumps your game up to the first of the "Latest Games To Play" section of the main page. I think that seems pretty screwy and a good way to abuse the system and give your game a lot of inessential publicity. I'm not sure if anything can be done about this, as in only bumping a gamepage to the top when a download is added not editted, at least not when its not publicly available.
Well, both ways have pros and cons.
The change I made recently updates the game's added date when a download is updated (previously, it was only ever set when a download is initially added). The Latest Games uses the added date to sort the games.
If we didn't bump the game download date, then that cheats the people who do have a legitimate update since to appear on the latest games they would have to add a new download to get the recognition they ought to get.
There has been one instance of abuse, and it was dealt with.
If you see any other instances of abuse of this system, let me know and I will take care of it.
