No worries! Yeah it's generally the way all graphics behave in 2k3/2k :)

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

As a prize, you should play and review the winner's game. I think that would be an awesome prize.
If they don't have a game, you can review their... facebook profile, or pictures of their cat, or something. Or review a game of their choice, even if it's not theirs. I dunno! Be creative.

Question: You said no panos or overlays, so I generally assume no graphics are to be used OUTSIDE what is provided in the chipset, including other charsets and whatnot. Right?

Yes there will be no use of any events for the reason calunio stated and no use of panoramas so people don't try to make a map with pure panoramas. The only events you can use are the ones that allow for overlapping of tiles on the same layer but they must do nothing and the picture they use must be from the tileset.

Hm, first another uncleare thing (can I write that this way? xD).
What's with this?
I know editing the set isn't allowed, but there's a mistake in the set or I can't find the right tiles. Can we edit this or want you to?
And second thing is a proposal from me, about the prizes.
Perhaps a graphic which would be for the first 3 winners.
Something like medals or ribbons.^^
Would be cool.
Edit: You can write my name down, I'll see what I can do with 2k3.

Yes I feel like is a stupid error. Get the new version from the front page with a few minor fixes on tiles I feel were just messed up.
There probably won't be any more changes as there is no room to add stuff and nothing else looks messed up. I didn't remove any tiles in case you are wondering.
