GIVE ME SOMETHING TO REVIEW.
Posts
Yes that's right, I'm getting into reviewing! As we have like 300 odd games without a review in this here community, I think it's time for me to give a helping hand in reducing that number.
Conditions
-Has to be a game that hasn't recieved a review yet.
-Can be demos or completed games, I don't really mind.
-The maximum playtime has to be under 12 hours.
Anymore than that depends on how much I'm enjoying it.
-I'll start off with 5 games as a starting point.
Review lineup
1.Hero I-Ephren's journey Done
2. Warriors of the Sword
3.Resident Evil: After History Done
4.Sinfonia Done
5. AFTERMATH VX

Will you review this?

I promised the creator I would, but I haven’t found the time yet, and now I feel guilty. Do my dirty work!…please.

Never came across this game before, it looks amazing from the screenshots.
Hope the gameplay is of equal standard :>

*searches epic halls of own canceled game pages for something that has not been reviewed*
I don't see the part where it says we're not supposed to plug our own games. Or is there just an unspoken assumption that that would be classless?
Hmm...

Warning: Short. (Although that's probably a value add, not a warning.) Like, 10 minutes (there are two 'endings' ha ha ha if you want to get both, increase playtime to 12 minutes).
It's also the third part of a trilogy...not that it matters at all. They're all pretty much completely standalone. (Yes, I know 'pretty much completely' is an oxymoron.)
Also, if you're interested in something not on the RMN website (scroll down to the second two), no one has reviewed either of these in at least 5+ years, a really long time. And maybe never...I honestly can't remember one way or the other. I have gamzheimers disease.

P.S. There are other people's games that I want to BE reviewed, yes...but I want to review them myself, g'damnit.

@Felipe I've downloaded After History before but from what I can remember it was a frustrating experience for me... I'll have a go at reviewing it though :)
@Max McGee Out of respect I'll play through backstage 1&2 in order to give some context to Sinfonia, as it's just 12 minutes long it'll give me more to write about.

xDDD RUN!!!!! xD or try to kill a zombie (5 shots) and run from the room, the zombie will stay dead and the other will appear on the beginning point :P
Have you tried Aftermath VX? Version 0.2 will be out sometime today, so it's a perfect time to check it out. 0.2 is much more polished then 0.1 and is close to being bug-less from what I have play tested and had tested by others. I fixed the caterpillar system, walk through walls and corrected some mutations to work as they should.
Give it a go if you want. Be warned that the game is kind of difficult so if you're up for a challenge Aftermath is for you.

Well thats my lineup done. Depending on my mood I might record a mini lets play to tag on the end of the reviews (I have to be seriously happy for that to happen though!) what ever the case I'll bring back feedback asap.
@StarSkipping:
Just play Backstage 1. Backstage 2 is not complete, although it is more complete than Sinfonia. It will not give you any insight into Sinfonia, although B1 might, a little bit.
And thanks! You're a good guy.
That filled up fast. : )

StarSkipping, go ahead and hold off on reviewing Aftermath 0.2 and Review 0.3 of Aftermath instead. This version of the game won't be out till sometime this month. I think it's best to hold up on reviewing the game because I have been working hard on custom graphics for the last few days and I also plan on adding a couple of other things that weren't in 0.1 or 0.2.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Thanks for letting me know drakiyth! I saw your blog about the update so I wasn't sure about reviewing it yet.
Small Update: Finished the review for Resident Evil. I had to skip Warrior of the Sword for now, some reason it's too laggy for my computer to handle. Next up is Max McGee's Sinfonia!
Could you review the demo for Relic? http://rpgmaker.net/games/3264/ When you finish up your others, of course
I could use some more opinions about this ditty. Totally your option, though.
