It's just I'd like to review some of these, but I can only play 2k and 2k3 games right now. (Actually I've had one 2k3 game lag out on me too. I feel like I'm trapped in the past.)

BY THE WAY FELIPE: I tried to play RE:AH. WAY TOO LAGGY. Sorry bro. Seems that XP games (at least yours) aren't fair game for me either.

(You might want to ask for someone's help with the English translation also. What text I saw was...less than good.)
I recently found out this can be caused by running an RM game from an external HD.

Interesting...but I'm not doing that.

Probably because they're off-site or something? But anyway, this isn't even an exhaustive list, which makes you wonder how long the ACTUAL list would be.
Dude, if the games aren't in RMN's database, of course they aren't going to show up on the list!

Edit: Or is it that the games are there, but the downloads themselves are off-site? If so, that could be a bug.

Yeah, I mean the actual downloads are off-site, it'd be kind of weird to expect them to just magically appear on this list. ;P They haven't been appearing on any of the other lists of games w/o reviews, either. It's kinda strange!

Hrmm.... I guess that downloads not stored on RMN get added to a different table in the database? I will have to investigate.

Yes god yes. Whenever I try to download a game and I get linked to some fucked-up site like megaupload (I'm looking at you Felipe) I'm like RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE.

When you're uploading a file at .2MB/s with no indication of how long you have left on the download, it makes more sense.

(Although now I use Chrome I think it makes its own little percentage bar so next time I probably will!)

Man most of the completed games are either joke games or tech demos. They seem almost unreviewable as the most you can explain is a paragraph or two.

Short games deserve short reviews, I guess, the standard being "Is this game worth the (short) time it will take you to download/play it?" It's possible for something to be a really good use of ten minutes, and something to be an unbearable 10 minutes.

Lastly, I really liked the first version, that's why i've been following the making of the vx version. As for the PM I thought it would be simpler that way. (Oh, the review was just a thought).Of course there's no obligation (thought you had decided to...?), I also would be
interested, would give me an idea what it's like.

I am going to review these, starting at the most recent and working backwards. I don't know why, I actually generally hate RM games. But I have nothing better to do, and maybe I will find something I like. I'm also not a professional reviewer, or even a good one. But I think that the people who have created these games deserve some sort of numerical representation of their accomplishment.

(completed games only fyi)

Starting with Gunlore (it actually looks neat, I wonder why there is no review yet?)
