CloseSo we all know that RMN 4 losers is coming out, but what is coming with it? Many topics are being started about different specifics, but since I'm far to lazy to look through all the individual threads, couldn't somebody (Kentona) make an announcement topic stating what's officially planed for RMN 4?

rmn 4 has been cancelled due to being obsolete before it was even released.. rmn will now begin development on rmn 5 that will include "circles", "hangouts", and "sparks".

You need to do a serious of favours / tasks to unlock a secret sneak peek at RMN V.4:
* Go To The Games Page.
* Download, "Hero's Realm" a hundred thousands times, and get the best ending.
* Then, make a billion reviews on various games around the site.
* Then, the secret sneak peak will be available in your inbox!
Done.
You may ALSO have to play / finish all the "Featured Games" on the site for the message to appear, as well. As you can see, nobody has done this...yet. /i]

is there a video page in the works? because i tried to add one and was told the slug was reserved.

I'm sure Hero's Realm is a good start and all, but there's other games to check out, yeah?
author=PastyActually, there used to be Game Video submission (you submitted a youtube URL basically) and once accepted it would show up on your Video tab. However, it didn't last very long and was superseded by a general youtube BBC tag. Game Videos were removed, however, the code checking for reserved names still checks for 'video'. I will fix that.

For RMN4, there will be a more general purpose Media tab, and people can submit Media to games (much like they can reviews). So you can use youtube BBC tags to show off videos, but also MP3 tags for music, and (if we get it working as desired) MIDI tags.

Random people can submit media for MY game? I don't like that idea. I am probably not understanding that one too well though. :3
Yep, people can submit media to your game, be it a Let's Try or Let's Play, or podcast or what-have-you.

I am not sure if I will like it or not. Can I personally get rid of it if I don't "like" it? Media = vids? Ohh I though you meant they could make pages in your game and add images to your game, and stuff like that.

I think it sounds good. Not like you can hide bad written reviews. Makes sense to allow video reviews or "let's try" or "let's play" vids get posted to the game too.

That's pretty cool, but can't we already just make additional game pages with that already?
And...why would you wanna hide bad reviews? Bad reviews are hilarious...!!!
