Luckily, you seem to have caught the attention of the people in the fort who are now rallying and will launch arrows at the enemies to help you.

So, what's my position?
I was supposed to be hiding before this round, did my dagger throwing reveal my location to the enemies?
I was supposed to be hiding before this round, did my dagger throwing reveal my location to the enemies?
So, how close are the enemies to me? If they are still a ways away fire more arrows
If not, discard bow and heft great axe, and attack the soldier that I grazed with an arrow. Also, get Remington the Wolfhound to aid in my attacks.

You're exposed in the open and the enemy is aware of you Cadeon. They'll be gunning for you (and Idida and LockeZ).
RabitZ and Ferdinand are the only two that are out of view I think.

LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

Wounded and unable to attack, I begin to sing a tale of my party's exploits in an attempt to inspire them.
Ok, I will try again to mount my horse.
If I succeed, rush the nearest enemy and attack him with my morning star, hit-and-run-style.
If not, attempt to throw my Iron Sword at the nearest enemy while maintaining cover.

I run back towards that place were dem allies of mine were hidding. And i get Slavechild to help me dress my wound. With my cape.
Slave child also sets his dog to attack the soldier.
Slave child also sets his dog to attack the soldier.
Cadeon
The soldiers are closing in on you. You drop your bow and grab your great axe. You attack soldier B (1-2h+1e) but miss by a wide margin! The attack throws you off-balance. You will suffer a penalty to all stats for the next exchange of aggression.
Remington charges the same soldier and (2) misses!
The soldier counter attacks and targets (1) Remington! His attack(2) misses! The soldier is also off balance and will suffer a similar stat penalty for the next round of fighting.
LockeZ
You sing a battle hymn amidst the chaos and (6) your song inspires all of your allies! They will all have a +1 bonus to stats for the next exchange.
RabitZ
You attempt to mount your horse (3+1)...he is still startled and you nearly miss but you are able to gain control and mount the horse! You rush soldier B who is off-balance from fighting Cadeon and (5+1-1h+2e) and land a blow squarely on his (4) abdomen with your morning star! The attack (3+1+1+2) caused massive internal bleeding and shattered soldier B's spinal cord. Soldier B is vomiting, paralyzed from the waist down, and is drifting out of consciousness.
SlaveChild attempts to wrap a tourniquet around Idida's wound with his cape (3+1) and manages to stop the bleeding! Idida will not roll for a mortality check this round but will not be able to fight the next round.
While attending the wound, SlaveChild's dog attacked the paralyzed soldier B. Unable to defend himself, the dog ripped at the soldier's throat. The soldier is dead.
With Soldier B dead, Ferdinand fires an arrow at soldier A instead and (4+1+1e) and hit him squarely (4+1) in the chest! The arrow goes through soldier A's chest and exits through his back! Soldier A is dead.
Soldier C attacks Cadeon by firing a crossbow bolt at him. The bolt (3-1p+1s-1h+2e) hits Cadeon in the (1) hand! The attack (2-1-1p+1s-1b+2d) barely connects and is deflected!
Soldier D attacks RabitZ by swinging his own morning star at RabitZ (2-1s-1h+1e) but misses spectacularly! Soldier D is off balance and will suffer a -1 stat penalty the next round.
Knight swings his great axe at SlaveChild (2-1s-2h+2e) but misses! SlaveChild counters by lunging at the knight with his dagger! (4+1s-1h-1e) The barely hits the knight (6) on the head but (3-2+1s-1b+2d) cuts the knight near his ear! (4) He is surprised and checks his head for bleeding instead of counter-attacking. He can see blood on his hand but it does not look like it is enough to make him bleed to death.

The chickenferno is still burning, right?
I take out the flask of alcohol I was carrying, and coat the blade of The Blade in it. I swing The Blade through the chickenferno, lighting the sword's blade ablaze. I then wield The Blade with my good hand and face the approaching soldiers.
Edit: If the chickenferno is not still burning for some reason, I simply attack the knight.

Send Remington to attack the crossbowman (figuring that a dog can cover the distance faster than any of us on foot)
Hack Soldier D to bits with my axe!

Rush atop my horse at the knight and attack him with my morning star. Hit and run style! Trying not to get counter-attacked.

I run further back (to da forest place thingie), still trying to do more to help my wound. Dont know what. What do soldiers and stuff do to heal wounds? I check my pockets for asprin i guess. 0.0

In medieval warfare, I think cauterizing a wound would be done with heated metal in most cases? I wasted all my torches trying to form a chicken bombing run, though. I could do it with my flaming sword next turn, but... there's a 1/6 chance that would go really, really badly.
Fortunately, with the tourniquet, you should be fine as long as you clean the wound off with water after the battle. You could go check the moat for leeches, I guess. Leeches are apparently the answer to all medical problems.

Last resort. Im scared.

Leeches are apparently the answer to all medical problems.Leeches are also tasty. Ill check the moat instead of what i said my action was...
Change my action too:
I run to the moat, and attempt to find some leeches. Crap, if you roll a 1 i fall in dont i? 0.0
Slavechild runs to help me find leeches. He tells the dog to attack soldier E.
LockeZ
You attack the knight with your flaming sword (3-1h+1e) and the attack lands on the enemy's armor! (6-2-1b+2+1d) However, the blow crashes through his defenses and pierces his (5) chest! The knight falls to the ground, spits some blood, and dies as he collapses forward onto the wound.
Remington charges down the crossbowman and bites at the man! (6) Remington grabs the crossbowman's throat and tears the man's jugular! He stumbles around clawing at his throat but is mortally wounded and quickly fades out of consciousness from the loss of blood!
Cadeon
You swing your great axe at soldier D and (5-1-1h+1e) and connect with a violent blow to the soldier's (5) chest! The attack (5-1-1-1b+4d) splits his trunk from the shoulder! He dies immediately.
RabitZ
With the knight already dead, you turn and attack the approaching soldier E with your morning star. The whirling ball of spikes (5) hits the enemy squarely on the (1) hand! The blow (6-1b+2d) breaks the bones in his hand into tiny pieces! The soldier is unable to wield the spear with both hands but will continue to attack with the other hand. The soldier is in excruciating pain and will suffer a -1 penalty to all stats the next round. You take a moment to check on your pig and see that it is sniffing at the ground but unharmed.
Ferdinand
With soldier D dead, you turn to soldier E. You fire a shot with your arrow and (2+1+1e-1h) barely graze his (4) abdomen! The attack (4-2+1-1b+2d) slices through the meat of his stomach! He stumbles backwards grabbing at his midsection. He will suffer another -1 penalty next round and will be unable to counter or attack for 1 turn.
Idida
You check the moat for some leeches (6) and find leeches, a clay that will make a good paste, and wild herbs! You pack the wound with them! Your wound is successfully treated and will no longer trouble you. However, you will not regrow the arm anytime soon. You will have to learn to live with one arm. But on the bright side, at least you won't die from it.
Slavechild stands guarding you while his dog attacks soldier E. The attack (1+2p+1e) works as the dog bites the soldiers (6) throat! The attack (2+1+1d+2p) severs the blood vessels and crushes the man's windpipe. His last few moments are horrific as he crawls along the ground grabbing his throat. He dies quickly but not painlessly.
Soldier F attacks (6) Slavechild (1-1h+2e) but misses!
Suddenly 3 archers appear above the wooden battlements! They join in firing a volley of arrows at soldier F. (3+1, 4+1, 1+1) Two of the arrows graze the soldier on the (1) hand and (5) chest! The first hits his hand (2-1+1) but does little damage! The second hits his chest (6-1+1) and pierces his rib cage! The arrow enters the lung and exits through his back! He cannot breath. He looks like he is drowning as he gasps for air. His lips turn purple as he falls to his knees and expires.
Congratulations! You have successfully lifted the siege from the Northern side of the fort!
LockeZ went on to terrorize villages throughout the country with his flaming sword and disregard for human life. Even though they didn't love him, they feared him and to LockeZ well, that was good enough.
Cadeon got his knighthood. He and Remington traveled the country helping people, getting into adventures. His fame spread and he became a folk legend.
RabitZ and his famous pig also toured the country. Everywhere they went, the people come out to see the newly knighted hero and his famous "squire".
Ferdinand searched for days for someone able to help his chickens. Eventually he found a strange woman living in the forest. She (2) promised to heal them but ate them instead.
Idida and Slavechild settled down and bought a nice little bed and breakfast together. Idida had a tough time doing some daily living things with his missing arm but Slavechild was happy to help him.

I probably should have made this battle a little more difficult. Still, the enemies did manage to take out a couple people and limbs along the way. I also thought about continuing the game beyond this battle but I have a lot less free time (work) and writing the results takes forever. Anyway, thanks for participating, hope you had fun!
