Does look bad enough.

Oh whoops I guess everyone was waiting on me.

1. Group of pre-teen heroes go beat up the villain their parents already killed years ago.
LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

FF5, too.

That only applies to exactly one character in FF5. And exactly one character in FF5 is a preteen.
And if we are precise, ExDeath wasn't killed, only sealed. And so was Dhaos. =P

I think a portion of the possible party members in Secret of the Stars were preteens, but I have no clue if what they are attempting to do in that game has anything do do with something their parents beat.

There might be a bit of that in Dragon Warrior V (Maybe I'm thinking of a Phantasy Star game that involves multiple generations?) as well, but I really have no clue.

Well, that was random! Anyway...

HINT 1: An interstellar criminal is at his old tricks again, and it's up to your party to stop him!

I almost forgot this thread existed. Time for some much over-due hints!

HINT 1: An interstellar criminal is at his old tricks again, and it's up to your party to stop him!

HINT 2: You'll be needing the help of an old friend to accomplish the task.

HINT 3: Don't limit your thinking to a game with a sci-fi setting.
I have no idea. Something from Marvel?
I had an idea for when you first posted the hint, but I couldn't remember the name of the game. This time however it came back to me.

Rogue galaxy is my guess.

Games featuring interstellar criminals in primarily-non-sci-fi settings where at least one old friend is helpful at some point during the game:
- Star Ocean 1, 2, 3, 4
- Xenogears
- FF5
- Kingdom Hearts 1, 2, spinoffs
- Wild ARMs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
- Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross

I think you need to narrow it down more

Sorry, Shinan, I think I got it all upside down? But how to imagine some one would take a detail of your post to just criticize it???? (especially knowing how realistic Half Life 2 is, and thus working with a crane forcibly interesting, i read the comments on the game you mentioned, it actually looks really good).
