Demo Version is Up!

Hello everyone, it's been a while since my last update. I've been adding so much new stuff to the game, brainstorming, etc. Plus full-time work totally drains my energy. I can't believe that it's already been 1 and a half years of working on this project, time really flies fast.
So, I've created a demo version exclusive to RMN just before adding it to the Steam. The Demo version has 8 stages to beat, 4 of them are secret ;)

Details of Castle Greyrot

Hello everyone! If you missed the previous blog post you can read it from here.

Since the last update, I've made some changes to UI elements in the character selection menu! Now you can see your selected character's stats by just hovering it. By the way, the game runs 1280x720 native, but can scale up to 4k screens pretty well!



Battle backgrounds, as well as enemy models, both got reworked as well. Castle Greyrot now uses ATB instead of CTB system like my previous game Shattered Hourglass.



On a side note, I've made an equipment screen for my game where you can equip your armor, weapon, hat and shoes just by clicking into it. Took me some time to implement it with controller support :( Equipment options will change the flow of battle with its variety.

Hello World! I mean Castle Greyrot!

Hello everyone! Castle Greyrot is in development for the past 8 months and I'm so excited to announce it to everyone!
Every menu element in Castle Greyrot is custom made with Photoshop/Illustrator.
You can navigate everything with a mouse or a controller if you want to...
Binding the controller to every screen is the hardest part for me since all menu elements are actual pictures! lol
I'm working to release an exclusive demo to this platform. Hopefully in a month or two.

While you explore the castle you'll get to pick your path and continue forward.
Some classes like Thief can help you unlock locked gates, while Wizard can light up your path.

All classes come up with two different skill sets. You can change it during the party setup screen.
For example; Wizard's first lightning skill can be changed into ice skill with one button.
