Heisei Pistol Show

Heisei Pistol Show (平成ピストルショウ) is a free RPGMaker2000 adventure/exploration game made in 2008 by Parun (creator of Re:Kinder). This English translation is made by Patchy Illusion Team in 2022.

Synopsys:

Lolita-fashioned gay hitman Heart is betrayed by his ex-lover. In order to get revenge Heart and his trustful companion Pistol abandon the organization, but three of the best assassins follow in their footsteps.

Heisei Pistol Show is a psychedelic semi-cinematic exploration game, made under the strong influence of Japanese art-house movies such as Tetsuya Nakashima's "Memories of Matsuko", and Seijun Suzuki's "Pistol Opera", as well as of classic kabuki theatre style. Aside from the exploration side, the game has some puzzle solving, and few boss battles (which can also be classified as puzzles, as player's victory depends only on obtaining certain items and using them in right way).

There is one ending and postgame content (additional dialogues, secret dungeon, and developer's notes). If you have problems with obtaining the titles, please check the readme file in the game folder.

Warnings! The game contains tons of flashing images and vivid colors!
