TUMBLR ON!

As the title says I've launched a tumblr page, with friends like YDS, Ocean, Ghost,NB etc and it's a very easy way to keep updated on certain projects. I was going to post a big blaag here but I decided not too, whatevz. But on my Tumblr I plan on updating every other day with lots of fun stuff like videos, pixels, art just whatever.

So if you're interested in the project I highly suggest you follow me on Tumblr.

Actually now that I'm here I'll post a little. I want to sell the game. I don't think it's better than any other game, but there are just sooo many people exploiting the market and getting carried with really terrible games. In my opinion they aren't very creative, they don't bring anything new and I really feel like games that have originated from rm aren't getting represented like it should. I've yet to see a game come out with a lot of detail and new ideas. I want to make a lot of different games, so it would be cool to just get enough funding to chill and work on the next game because you're providing a form of entertainment for someone and that's a REALLY BIG FUCKING DEAL.

Rm is really small pond, and, eventually you kind of want to expand your project and have it be available to everybody. I said this in a couple post before, I'll be still making it in RM as a prototype and it will come out for rm as very "barebones", and it will be free and junk, and there won't be very much of a difference. Like, rm is great for a prototype, but I just can't do the things I want to do with it so I have to move it onto another engine.

Anyway, I'll be talking about more stuff like that in the future on my Tumblr, it's actually a really great layout, so, if you have the time, stop by, add me, tell yo franz or whatever.

Anyway, yeah, thanks for reading. Keep gaming, etc.

Sounds interesting, of course seeing everything yet has still to be done, I remain very expectant(a lot and very little is said here : different engines:which, "lots of details and new ideas : how), wish you best of luck and, mostly, accomplishments.
Okay cool. You reupload demo now, yes?
Cool clip indeed. All that parallaxing must have been painful to do... But I'll never understand why that, uh, 'preference' for the huge-ass pixels in the foreground, when it all could look better if it were hand-drawn like the character's portrait. xP

I'm going to have to watch this scene again. The first time I was too distracted by the "Cali-girl" 'like, totally' dialogue. If possible (without ruining the scene), you may want to consider cutting down on it slightly.

That being said, how old is this project exactly? The farthest I've been able to find discussion on it was 2007.

I released 2 demo games between 05 and 08 two different games but kept the same title. They weren't games really, they had a vague story, weren't connected but were in the same "world".

Basically those games were trying to get to understand rpgmaker mechanics. This is the actual stand alone game, and I have been working on it off and on for about a year maybe.

I kind of like that, because some people will be paying attention to the visuals, while other people will be reading, so it gives someone watching variety. What I mean is they can read the silly text which isn't really something complex or watch the screen move with various things happening.

It's like Contra, there are 100 things going on and you pick one and go "wow"
