Thanks for playing!

I downloaded this and quite enjoyed it, until I fought my way through the forest only to be told by Marle that I had to go back to get Lucca. I don't know if she told me this before and I wasn't listening, or what; but I didn't have enough health to make it back through the forest and had no tonics to recover with. Essentially, I was forced to game over and start again. Haven't picked it up again since, but maybe an event as you walk into the forest reminding you that you were supposed to pick up Lucca.

I'll add something like that once I update the demo or release the full game! Thanks for the feedback!

What level would you suggest I be for the Neo Dragon Tank?

3 or 4 should do.
I've noticed that some of your Charasets seem to have this "washed out" look to them. This usually occurs while transferring or editing different images with a colour depth of 256.

You can alleviate this problem by editing your Charasets in Mspaint, then saving them as 24-bit images. Once you've finished editing your Charaset bring them into Infranview and decrease the colour depth to 256 and save/overwrite. This will allow you to convert all your images for use in rm2k3 without any/minor loss of colour.

I understand you're probably already aware of this issue and have already taken steps to resolve it, (or already have in other areas of the game) and that this does seem a little bit, well, "nit picky" even for an rm2k3 demo. But by attempting to retain the games vibrant colours will speaks volumes of the amount of quality and effort that you've put into this game and will set it apart from other Chrono Trigger fan games made in rm2k3.
Oh, wow! I love that comparison! I'm happy to let you know that the problem HAS been resolved, and will be fixed in future releases. Thanks for the comment!
The fight with Lavos' core in the beginning is a little too long. I know it's representing a dream of the previous encounter, or something of the sort, and the characters are highly leveled, but to start off with such a long fight is a bit tedious. Since you only need to finish off the right bit (the core), I'd suggest lowering it from 17000 HP to 10000 HP.

Final bosses are perfectly fine for high HP, so the only reason I suggest this is because it is the first fight in the game, which is not even a true fight since it's all part of a dream/prologue/prequel.

That's actually just a placeholder scene. Wait until you see what I've got planned for it's replacement. :D
Have you been working on the game? I was just wondering because I would really like to play the finished product. The last demo that I played was very fun, and I hope that this project will continue and not die like most of the rest. I see great potential in this game.

It really is being worked on. lol. I just got married, so I've been away for a bit. :D
Is this updated by chance?? Or is it the same demo as before?
Oh, good, an updated demo? Hopefully you fixed the random game crash from Kains dialog. Downloading right now, yay.
just beat it. Only about 2 complaints.

1. The enemies. I'd rather they weren't dashing towards you.... perhaps make it more like Chrono Alter's encounter system?

2. Battle sprites. They look great, but only using 3 frame animations makes them look odd.... Why not use a battle animation, and position the animation so it's exactly where the battle character is?

All other things are minor. I really like it, but, you know, every game has it's bugs.
I enjoyed it i just think you need to fix that god awful text i can barely read a lot of it

Any progress lately?
Just got off a bit of a break. I may focus in helping get Chrono Shift finished, then have everyone focus on PtaD afterwards.

It's not cancelled! No worries!

It isn't? That's good.

By the way, have you tried my suggestions? Do they work better?
