My biggest complaint is the legs. You have them shaded as if they are bending but they get lighter at the bottom. I find it hard to understand how you're trying to define the legs. Here is a cool example. However that's only assuming if they're bending their legs which they don't seem to be (except for the sitting people). Notice how K's legs change shading depending on his stance: At the very top he's standing straight casually, but when he goes into his battle stance he bends his legs.. You kind of had it right on the 3rd one, but thats because the pants look pretty baggy. Idk study more references from fighting games and stuff.
I shall take your advice Mr.Darken. I'm still a bit noobish with the leg thing. >>;

The anatomy and proportions are REALLY bad. You should probably indicate some sort of elbow on the 4th guy from the left, as his arms look rubbery. The way you've shaded that blue fox kid's tail doesn't look right, either, and it doesn't consider texture.

Your hands also look nasty, sometimes even positioned too short in relation to the thighs. I'd take Darken's advice for sure, and a good anatomy book that focuses on art.

In terms of anatomy, yes some of the characters do look physically incomprehensible. I will say though that in terms of style (and I don't usually like it when people defend crap with the word 'style') the proportions are what they are--not exactly chibi but at the same time, not a normal anime style. It looks pretty well done for someone who hasn't been formally trained in classical art. I think what has to happen here is that Jman needs to practice his style more and refine it into something he could use professionally.
Practice, practice, practice! :D

I'll soon get better over time! This is merely criticism I will take into consideration because I do know improvement on the characters needs to be done, but it mostly shows what they look like, distorted some of them may seem. :P
