Right click on the fonts in the Fonts folder in your RPG Maker 2003 installation directory, click install, and there you have it..! Perfect standard fonts..! :-)

Okay, so, I tried it just now, but I can't seem to find the "Install" button you described; when I right click on the fonts in the Fonts folder, there is no Install option.

Any ideas?
