You waited quite a while for a new screenshot....>_>
I wanted more nice shots in the images section, and I'm off today so I figured I'd get around to that. I've been meaning to do it.

I see.

Maybe you never went to it? It's a little out of the way.
Isn't it the place where that painter guy dies?
author=Gourd_Clae
Yeah (or lives, but by the way you say it, I'm assuming you always let him die)
Meh. At level 1 i could barely help myself.
It was optional so at Level 1 I wouldn't do it. It's best not to use all enemy attacks when fighting the Painter battle, so you don't kill the painter by mistake. Strong single target attacks would work best.
I think you get a Twilight Sword if you win and nothing if he dies. Best to keep him alive then. Not the best weapon but you can use it to cast Blink on everyone before a battle if you'd like, and it's fairly fast.
And yeah that forest area is under the Crystal Caves area near Seaside. It's where the RAGEFISH is.

I was so happy when I beat the rage fish! Then, my next goal was the bedbug, but I've yet to achieve this....

Ah! There he is! I was looking for him.
Double post, sorry. (You guys post very fast. ._.')
I just spammed money at him. No, really, that was my strategy.

author=ArandomgamemakerYeah $Toss is the most overpowered skill in the game. Trying to beat Bedbug at Level 1 WITHOUT that skill is harder. I'm 60% sure it's still possible but I forget if I tried.

If you're looking for Bedbug (if anyone is), it's at the Spire of the Spirits.

Yeah, i found him. I've died to him....15+ times now... Maybe i should opt for more speed instead of HP. (I mastered a lot of classes for this. Oh, yes, at Level 1, of course.)
Oh yeah! I just remembered you were doing a Lv1 run of this game! Um, he's hard to beat at regular levels, so good luck with that!

Well, he's an optional boss, so i don't HAVE to kill him. In fact, it might very well be impossible. Besides, i've beaten the game already, so i should probably try an even more restricted version of this challenge.
But.....are there any other cheap tactics besides $Toss?
Well, MagicGuard plus having elementalsomethingorother from paladins seems to make one person nearly immune from his magical attacks. Blink maybe? And then $toss I can't beat him myself so I only know what I've observed so far...

Hmm, still kills me...
For $Toss, you enter the amount of money you want to throw.
The money you throw is then divided by ten, and that's the damage.
For example, if you throw 5000 money, the enemy will take 500 damage. It can go up to a total of 9999 damage, if you like throwing 99,999 gil around, for some reason.
