Me and my nitpicking at work here...
That garden will only get about 4-6 hours of sunlight per day.
Also, it doesn't need a fence on the side with a wall :p
Those soldiers are guarding the hell out of those trees. Nobody's touchin' them leaves.
A chicken is loose! Obviously it's trying to cross the road. Why? I dunno.

This was pretty funny, but in a good way. You're right about the fence thing. With the soldiers, I couldn't find a better place for them to "stand guard."

Maybe you could position a few soldiers to be stationary outside important buildings, the others could roam around outside looking for trouble?.

That's a good idea. I may even cut down the amount of guards but there's a reason as to why security has tightened.

One on every street corner and one inside well-trafficked areas like McDonalds.
