Experimental Features

I've also been working on this experimental feature I think would give you a gigantic advantage over all the existing RPG engines out there, but it's really unstable technology. But hey, you all love using dangerous, unstable cutting-edge technologies without a second thought~ Everything can be improved upon if you use scienceee haaaAHAHAHAHWAAAHAWAAAHAAAAAAaaa-!!
Seriously though, I'm going to need some people later to participate in an experiment involving network communication and an ordinary RPG Maker 2003 game. You'll be testing this experimental feature of rm20xx, but you'll have to be testing it live with me which is why I'm asking this. I can't guarantee it will be fun, but I think you might get excited if my experiments are a success.
I'll reveal my results here after I'm done and then I can let the rest of you decide if you want me to reinforce and finish this feature.
As for the battle system, I have to actually come up with a new system. This is why I've suddenly stopped programming at the battle system- it's design time! Most of all your suggestions have been about the battle system, so now I have to decide what suggestions to include and how they go together. I want to leave all the old default RPG Maker 2003/2000 battle systems in the dust.
The fun begins here, and keep tuned for more rollouts. The link up there has actually updated several times, so I don't always announce when it's new. If you don't have the widescreen edition or the developer version, you can get it now with the latest download up there.
