New Kickstarter 44% funded within first few days!

We have decided to give kickstarter one last try and we are currently sitting at 44% within the first couple of days. We need as much support as possible and we are calling on the community to help us get our game fully funded and onto steam.

They probably can't make it all with half. More than likely it will come out of their own pocket.

author=SaileriusThey could have overestimated costs the last time, or be underestimating costs this time, or are adjusting their request with the "perceptions" that donators have on what something like this should cost. They could also have found an alternate source of income to make up the difference, or have changed the scope of their design. They could also just be more pragmatic or disillusioned regarding the whole Kickstarter process now.

Kickstarter should work on a calculator of sorts. Based on what other people put their similar projects up for. Possibly taking into account typical artist/musician costs, for things like games, and all that jazz. Some kind of data driven algorithm would be cool. Just for estimates.
i appreciate the effort in the project. but, it is difficult to generate buzz that isn't weeb friendly+ game with anime girls with giant tits.

The kickstarter is for chapter 1
Yeah, we are doing the game in chapters now which greatly reduce the cost. In the video and on the page I explained everything. Our backers wanted us to give it another try so we went with this business model of releasing the game. We focused on our reach and what we would need to get it to a place where we felt comfortable releasing it.
