I have to say this isn't as big of an incident as I thought it would be... Maybe I'm not marketing the game to enough sites.

I'd like to first thank Dragonheartman for his donation of 50$, and everyone else for their sympathy and advice. I feel like I can get through this now, that I stand a chance when these snakes call me to court.

If you'd like to help me even further, feel free to advertise the game on any other communities (where appropriate) you happen to visit. I don't even care if they read my last blog, the more people who play this game; the happier I'll be.

i'm glad to hear you feel a bit better about the situation, it genuinely made me feel upset reading it. it sounds a bit lame, but i asked for advice from my mum (she's a lawyer) on the best course of action you could take, but she's not sure about the procedures outside the UK and other than that pretty much agreed to what Dyhalto said in his first post.

i hope it gets better for you soon.

Glad to know you feel better (i must admit i was a total loss how to help you one way or another!) and don't forget, everything has an end, the better but also the worst!

Even if they don't like 2k3 games/rpgs - people should at least try this just because it's such a pretty thing.

You can see a lot of effort's gone into this project.

I really wish you the best with your situation man. I've had a fair few troublesome financial experiences too (but nowhere near as harsh as what's happened to you) and I know that shit can be ridiculously stressful.

BTW, I'm curious. What are the repayment terms of your loan? Monthly payments over how long and whatnot.
Begging for a $30,000 bailout, you might as well buy a lottery ticket. But a little charitable aid to keep you out of the red for a month or two might not be too much to ask.
