Field Area targeting type. Yeah, spellcasters will get ALL the sexy...
Melee attackers can have Cleave property, ranged attackers can have Splash property. That's a given.
Cleave/Wide Slash property. Now not ALL the enemies will be beaten by cleaved attacks
Melee attackers should attack from up close... and rangers could be behind the fighters. Weapon held determines attack range...
Kay. Unless your sword can shoot bullets or magics, you should be in the front to make use of your weapons.
Move, fly, jump, pounce... Now you can be anywhere you like. But think about your role. Nella could throw magical spears from the cornerside...
That's more like it. Up close, you can even strike a slime behind another slime. For the greater good.
