^ what they said.
EDIT: Actually, I have to ask: Is the "Lady" part really necessary? Is Tristian really the only female in the military so calling her, "my loyal lady knight" is really needed? I don't know, it feels like calling her, "my loyal knight" would more than suffice.

I dunno, I felt it had a neat combination of "my lady" and "my knight" going on. Though honestly I'd be fine with it either way XD

Yeah, I'm not knocking the dialogue, especially not until I see it in context. It just stuck out to me a little, that's all.
if there's a romantic thing going on, i can totally see "my loyal lady knight" as "i like you(r parts)".
if there's not a romantic thing going on, it still sounds fine to me. it's like saying "sir" or "madam"; it's more honorific than thrown-in adjective

Its defs a romantic thing going on. XD And Tristy is a Duchess as well, so Ianna could just be calling her by her title as well. They naturally drop the formality as they grow closer throughout the game.
author=VVBlastFuryVV...yes? Generally when people say a thing is about lesbians, it means two women are involved.
So then Tristy IS a chick?
