Awesome! The only thing that kind of sticks out is the total lack of rivers on the map, when they're typically the first thing to be put on a map, being the lifeblood of settlements and all. (Unless, of course, your world does not have any.) I suppose clearer borders between different entities would have also not gone amiss.
Still, it's great to finally see something so professional-looking.

I think it's more an artistic than a topographical map, after all the mountains are indicated by their name rather then a mountainous symbol. I'm curious as to why certain features have the name shown twice, such as the ocean and the realms, and others like the seas don't.
Still very much awesome.

Yes, it's more of a visual map instead of a geographic representation. Rivers, mountains, forests, etc do exist, and they're referenced to and visited. Names shown twice on major features are just a stylistic effect/choice.
My idea was that 'double-labeling' would highlight titles that refer to regions rather than specific locations.
I'm very glad you like it Feld!

For some reason I keep thinking the darker part is the land and the lighter is the water. I'm not sure why that is since it makes sense for the dark to be water and light to be land but my brain keeps messing me around with it. It might be the texture on the water area making me think that.
