You're magical to me.

Is that a ramp going down into the lava?

That's safe ground (there's lava proper further in), but, yeah. That was the illusion I wanted to give.

Wait, is it really that bad? Ick!

The main problem I have with this is the ramp, it looks more like an unfinished cliff than a ramp. And yeah, it does look like the ramp's going into lava, not onto actual solid ground...

I guess the difference between the two tile styles is a bit much. Thus, the ramp isn't quite working the way it did with the mine map.

Map...

...updated? Man, this doesn't say "volcano" AT ALL. Hmm...

Okay, THIS is the example map that I think I wanted to show, rather than the one that was here before. To be honest, it's this lava that made me want to use the red floor tile to begin with.

I mean, the edges where the lava meets the ground just don't look right at all in this ideation. Whereas, with the red fllor tile, it looked great.
The red floor tile WOULD look better with the lava... perhaps instead of having two different floor tiles (the ramp in the first pic and then the red floor tile in the first pic) you could just have it as all one floor tile? (the red one of course)

Could that work perhaps?

Given that the first screen is the only one that HAS a ramp in this dungeon, it's probably okay to paint the walls royal blue.

Uh, I meant make the floor red! Yeah, that's the ticket!

Though, maybe I should show the other one at this point?
The lavafall is off.

Here is what it would look like if you copied a center tile of the lava and used a blend tool.

I sorta wanted to stay away from messing with tilesets even more than I already have, but, in this case, you've got a point.

Darigaaz, this is such a hack attempt with this lava!
