Not bad, on the whole. The signs look a little too big and out of place. The southern sidewalk looks a bit too sterile -- maybe a couple NPCs? The upper sidewalk may be a bit too narrow, given the trash bins and benches. There should be a clear tile of space for pedestrians.

Isn't there suppose to be someone next to the carts that are vending on the side-walks? As far as I know, where I live, there is always minding the porta-shop's (which is what I call them..). Other then that, and the tile of space thing that Deckiller mentioned - and I agree with - the image looks pretty good. :)
