Oneshot is an RPG Maker 2003 Puzzle/Adventure game where you, as the player, must guide a lost child through a strange world, utilizing items, characters, and the environment to progress.
Features:
- Original soundtrack
- Custom graphics
- Unusual gameplay features
- Permanent consequences
This game was made in a month with a few character designs and music tracks made beforehand. Inspirations include Yume Nikki, Link's Awakening, Hyper Light Drifter, and The Little Prince.

Just completed this,adventures are my favorite genre and so i loved this short experience.The creator of the game plays around and ties classic puzzle mechanics with brain teasers that break "the forth wall" creating a neat interactive story-driven fairytale set in a decaying post-apocalyptic world.All this combined with its distinctive character pixel art design and eerie atmospheric music creates an emotional impact on the player that drives the gameplay till the end with a superb solid ending.I hightly recommend Oneshot to anyone wanting to play a good short adventure.

This game is in my top 10! It had wonderful graphics, music, and story! I'm so glad I got to play this. Thanks!

I'm a rational person. Putting aside my feeling I thought over many possibilities and of course chose to save the world. One persons suffering or the lives of many? We would hate to be that person but... we're not. So we have to make the right choice for them. It was the most difficult 5 minutes of my life but I knew what I had to do. Also since you deleted my background I'll have to get a new one of Niko! ;)

When it says 'oneshot' I have no idea what does it means (my English sucks)... and then after awhile I only realise you can only play this game once.
I was planning to replay this game with a friend... so far I am at the second part (took me an hour and looking for cheats to get thru, damn)
But I guess I found a way to able myself to replay this game?Just look around in my pc to find a certain thing and then delete it... right? Or do I need to delete everything this game created (including the 'document' thing)?
Edit: I was wrong can anyone give me a hint or message me in private how am I gonna replay this please
Okay. I wasn't sure if it meant start it up and quit from the menu, or actually start playing and then quit. But yay! Now I can play again!

Oneshot is by far one of the greatest games I have ever played. Yeah, you read that right; this game is amazing. I would pay money to play this game. That's how good it is. From the beautiful art design, to the atmospheric music, this game should be praised all over the internet for its presentation alone. It's hard to believe that Oneshot was made within 30 days. I have to give my props to the developers for their hard work and dedication to this game. I could ramble on for paragraphs about all the things that I love about this game, but I'll just mention the one thing that stood out the most for me. The game's use of breaking the fourth wall is very unique; you, the player, play a role in the game's story. I don't want to go into too much detail without spoiling it, but you'll just have to take my word for it. I really hope to see another game developed by these guys, and I'd also like to see other creators be inspired by it's structure. Just remember, you only have one shot. 5/5

It's what this game and all other games like it were inspired by. It was a game composed entirely of massive, empty maps that contain powers like turning your head into a lamppost that, upon getting all of them, you give them away, wake up, and swan dive off your balcony. The end.
Lesson learned: real life sucks, dreams are better.
The whole thing can be summed up almost word-for-word from this game's description.

Aww...this game is so amazing! The graphics are so beatiful and adorable! And the soundtracks did greatjob on creating atomsphere with graphics. The storyline is fascinating... I don't really know how to expound my feeling in English.(Because I'm so bad at it QωQ) I hope I can have a way to say how I really love this game, and thanks you for create this game.
