Widows of the Vampyr is a light-hearted serio-comic (mostly comic) romp spanning several centuries, featuring such exotic locales as Transylvania, a tricky "Underground Passage of Invisible-Ness", the Ruins of Crowsford Abbey, Ravenswode Forest and London.

I created it for the 2014 IGMC. It combines my affection for classic (e.g. Universal, Hammer & silents) horror films, tongue-in-cheek humor and RPG games.

I hope you will check it out and give me any and all feedback. All comments -- the good, the bad, and the ugly -- will be graciously accepted since I'm a newbie with the RPG Maker application and I've learned a lot from all the knowledgeable folks in this great RPG Maker gamemaking community (needless to say, I need to learn a lot more).

Sure wish I was not the first to post :( Was really looking forward to this game because I enjoy the type of game you made.

It's a demo, but I thought it was a completed game since that is how it's marked.

The light hearted banter is funny, similar to a few other games I've played but still funny.
Found I was able to walk all over the kitchen equipment/furniture. Also, I was able to walk right past the Skeleton outside the cave where the Innkeepers daughter is trapped. Sorry to say, but I got hung up right after finding the girl. I walked into a corner and she is blocking my exit so I'm locked in as I said. She keeps repeating the same few sentences every time I turn and try to find an exit. Not sure if you created the game this way, but it appears there is transport area around those two chests. I was dropped on the top of the first rock at the chest on the right.
ALSO, in the beginning, the text changes a little too quickly. I was not able to read everything so missed a little of the background story.

Guess you need to go back and fix a few things....and maybe ask for one or two testers :)

Good luck with your game, as I'm really hoping to play a full version when you finish :)
