This is quite a change and a lovely one color-wise.
Thank you! I'm excited about the changes I've made since the game will now have actual cohesive gameplay and also be less, uhhh, teenage angsty. It's college angsty now I guess.
Also I've learned a lot more about pixel art during the hiatus!

After college angst comes the mid-twenties existential crisis, then a decade and a half of intentionally busying yourself to avoid thinking about it, followed by a mid-life crisis, followed by the crippling realization that there's no way to stop the slow march towards death. Also I think that you begin to develop an unhealthy fixation with Fox News around this time.

Sounds like fun! Maybe if I should just have a constant life crisis instead of going through all those steps though.

I made the lid transparent so you can see the pillows and blanket inside! It helped a lot.
