It definitely looks like about 1000 other RMVX games, so you could say that it looks familiar :)
Why? Because of the RTP? I can agree with that, since there's been quite a bunch of games that have used these resources (like there's been a bunch of RMVX games using different resources). This area, mapping and atmospheric-wise, feels a bit more unique though, IMO. I usually value the use of graphics, rather than just the graphics themselves. :)
