This patch lays foundation for me to begin Yellow turban bandit arc in the next patch.
0.3.x line is also slowly coming to its conclusion.


What has been added:

1. Eton guild quest “Rise of Red” added.

2. The side quest “Heretic knowledge” updated.

3. Jordin port city, Hyur, has been added. This city will make travelling a lot easier as you now can reach the other side of the world by taking a ferry from Alcella island. An outfield zone, Hyur pass, has also been added.
