What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?
Difficult Boss Battles, Skippable Cutscenes, and Rage
The hint thing reminds me of Shadow of the Colossus. When you take to long killing a colossus, the body-less voice will come up and say something like "Climb to new heights" or something like that...
All I have to say is that this is an EXELLENT IDEA! There are a lot of RPGs that have good gamplay and extreme battles, but when I die and have to review the same cutscene over and over and over, I get bored of it really easy.
As for the hint, I think you should make it into some kind of riddle that the player has to figure out. :D

My wife and I have been sponsoring a child in the Dominican through worldvision for about a year now.
My relatives in D.R. didn't even notice the earthquake happened until people were being rushed in for medical help.
What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?
post=120753post=120649XS1 has a nice, smooth difficulty curve; it starts to get brutal-but-fun around the Cathedral ship (when you're inside the giant Gnosis). XS2 is just stupid, and XS3 starts fairly easy but it gets really fun by the second disk.
I started Xenosaga 2, but put it aside for a little bit while I worked on some of the other games. Just beat Bioshock! Is it just me, or are the xenosaga games pretty darn hard?
I can't even remember anything from Xenosaga. If I ever play it again, I'll be a total noob :P
