Script Limit in VX?

Is there a syntax error in this?
:( I can't find it, it is a Materia Script,(FF7) I was going thorugh and looking at it when I wanted to test play it, so I made a new game, put the script in, and said there is a syntax error in this part of the script.

Well, the bottom part of the engine, like in the database, the whole row where it says "OK" and "Apply" and stuff, is cut off and I can't see it.

I need to figure out what is the ideal Monitor Resolution for RPG Maker VX, I googled it, but all I got was Resolution Scripts. :( My current resolution is 1024x768.
