I got an error for not having the "Dropkick Murphys - State of Massachusetts" MP3 file and the game crashed. From what I can tell, this one's easy to fix as the error was a simple "omg you don't have this song/file/graphic that I'm trying to use lolol bye!" one.
That said, it made the Battle Radio a random game crasher, and could be fixed by not using it.
EDIT: This is for EtG. And other than that, I really enjoyed it. ;^.^

Skill learning question

But then I reached yet another problem and I should have seen this coming. But would I have to do something completely different if I wanted it to be like; only certain classes can learn this skill and you need to be lvl 5 or higher to learn.
You'd need a switch for every character being each different class you have, and if a character is a certain class and a certain level, allow them to learn the skill.
So something like..
If Switch(SteveisaWarlock): ON
If SteveLevel = 5
LearnSkill *skill*
Else
Message "Unable to learn skill"
Note: Maybe this is easier to pull off in RmXP by using some script or something, but that's how I'd do it in RM2K.

I've got a horrid little custom skill learning system for P51. It's very basic and probably unoriginal. And incomplete. But hey, I've got ten days and the only hard part is basically thinking of skills for all the characters to have. >_>
So yea my RS! version of P51 will most likely be very very short as far as actual plot goes, if any even happens.

Huh. Everything works fine except that I don't appear to be dying/Game Overing when I have only one person in the party. Strange, but I'm not complaining. :P
And I modified the skill description to reflect the doubling. It no longer makes you "invincible" >_> I'm happy with it. Thanks!

Release Something! Day VII: Advent Children [June 20th]
It's as good a time as any to release a demo of the game I've got developing here. (That was/is/will be totally remade from version one because version one, to put it bluntly, was really quite bad.
Ooh, plus, this'll help me actually get on this thing and not procrastinate anymore! (well, maybe 'til June 20th. :P)

And I have a suggestion for you: don't be a jerk! The various RMs have their strengths and weaknesses, and Alexei403 can use whichever one he prefers. The Maker debate has been gone over countless times, so please don't bring it up here.
Alexei403, have you tried the method I recommended? I thought of a few more things you may need to do to make it work.
I've tried it out a little, can't say I've gotten it to work perfectly yet. What would your suggestions be?

Well then I have a suggestion: don't use rm2k. It sucks.

Eh, I personally have found the graphics of XP & VX to be a bit too cartoon-ish for my liking. Dunno why...also, it's not as intuitive as far as scripting goes. I'm sure I COULD learn how to do it, but it seems far too much effort to be worth it right now. Maybe on one of my later projects so I don't have to redo a ton of stuff.
If RM2K "sucks", as you say, so be it. I'll use it because it's what I know how to do.
