I think it's nice. However, if I may suggest one thing, the eyebrow and actual eye should be separated. Other than that, it's good! Simplicity isn't always a bad thing.

not everyone is able to make thier own tilesets or use panoramas you know
if you have a problem with the high number of people on this site that must rely on the RTP or a variation of the RTP such as Mack's tiles that is fine but don't vent your frustration on a random gamepage, especially when the maps are actually quite decent
It's fine. I don't mind anyone giving their honest opinion about my tilesets. I could've used panoramas if I took the time to really delve into learning how but I figured this is my first real attempt and I would rather go with something simple and fun.

Why would they put huge pillars in front of their windows?
Looks nice, at any rate.
To give people walking across the platform some privacy! No one likes to be stared at. Great use of the tiles by the way.
