I love Mischief Makers so very very much. I must have rented it at least 30 times as a kid. I'd return it to the video store, just to rent it again.

yes, I get that a lot, but usually not in the context of me liking bad games that other people like.
I'm specifically referring to Battle Card for the playstation, where they didn't even have a functional 2 player mode - holy crap! If I make a super awesome deck I want to be able to play my friends, damnit! But the single player mode (while horribly repetitive and inane) is just so addictive to me..

Mario Kart, holy crap. So fully of crazy glitches - there are people on youtube with videos (mostly Tool Assisted but whatever) of them beating Wario's Stadium in 15 seconds, etc. There was just so much that could obviously be exploited in that game.

Mischief Makers belongs so much in this topic for me. I love the game but it seems the whole rest of the world hates it. Oh well..
I also find lots of people hate FF1 though I personally find it's a challenging, highly replayable game just with an insane amount of obvious design flaws.

- to shed a little light on Chrono Trigger's dealings with paradoxes. It can be assumed that the Epoch is a working Paradox Machine, a machine capable of maintaining a paradox, seen in Doctor Who when humanity's descendants from the end of time kill their own ancestors after going back in time to rule the universe, etc. The same think could apply in Chrono Trigger- making changes in one time period that don't affect any time period other than the one you want to be changed.
Then why are you able to affect the future sometimes, like with all the trees in the years 600/1000?
