The Screenshot Topic Returns
Wow, Itaju. This project is showing a lot of potential for sure. We have too few games which provide an interesting level up scheme. Do keep us updated.

I think that generally speaking the graphics of your game is improving. It used to be heterogenous before, with different elements picked here and there and assembled together.
It's much more harmonious now.
I think the barrels are too tall though, compared to the charset that is and the other elements of the map.
Also, have you given up on spriting? I remember you posting an attempt in the creation forum if I remember correctly. Because spriting your own sprites would certainly help give more personality to your project.

I agree that one person shouldn't be able to monopolize the front page with eight very similar screenshots (or even very different ones, I think.) It seems that, if low-content blogs are a bad thing done by bad people, this should be too.

@Link: I guess I should suck up to the guy who codes stuff so that he'll implement the suggestions I make for the forum as a whole.
On seconde thought, I'd rather not. If Ankylo refuses to code stuff or systematically dismiss all of my ideas on the premise that he doesn't like me , so be it. I think that would be to discourage member's implication in providing feedback on the basis that you need to be pal with Ankylo for things to be considered. Fuck that shit as they say.

I like your battle system, Lockez, as usual. The story is intriguing too, I like games that take place in the ''real world''. I like how the battle transitions take place in real time too.

Picture stacking for the front page
Perhaps limit the number of screenshots to be uploaded at the same time? I don't think that the idea of flooding the forum with identical images is going to dawn on Angry_Chocobo anytime soon.
It usually moves pretty fast, too. Blogs and screenshots are the fastest moving updates to the site, barring the forum.Well, I think it would be better if didn't move that fast actually. It'd be pissed if I just uploaded a nice screenshot to see it disappear into oblivion because some guy decides to upload 20 screenshots. Anyways, that's just my opinion.
Another idea would be to have the stack of pictures show when you scroll your mouse over the actual stack. I think that's a swell idea.
I hope the admin will consider, I don't see any downfall to picture stacking honestly. Not to much because of the Angry_Chocobo incident but just because it would be a neat feature.

Honestly, I think there should be a function like this even if all 8 shots you are uploading are awesome, unique and different. I'm not comfortable with the idea of having a single person flood all the recent screenshot section, that's the way I feel about it anyway.
I think it's better if there's a variety of different shots from different authors.

Picture stacking for the front page
Could we have a feature which ''stacks'' latest screenshots? Suppose a user decides to upload 8 pictures for his game, instead of flooding the whole front page, he could pick which picture of his stack would go on top (would be visible on the front page) and the rest would be available by clicking the stack?
This would allow more variety of games in the screenshots and just encourage quality of quantity. This example above is pretty silly, the screens all look the same, why upload 8 of them?

It looks good, I really like it. I reminds me of snes games.
The only thing I would consider revising are the status bars on the left, they're kind of subpar the rest of the stuff you've made.

Well, kudos to you then. I have to admit I'm impressed. Those trees look superb which is why I was suspecting a rip from some other game or some superficial edit.
I'm glad you're doing everything from scratch as far as the graphics go. There really are too few of those kind of projects.

EDIT: Is the main character a half-giant or something? I mean, is she supposed to be colossal like that? The only thing I could possibly nitpick about (and that's after scrutinizing everything in great detail) is that those three dudes on the right look a bit too similar but, I mean, it's minor.
