A interesting idea for a new Rpg maker.
I remember finding an Engine like that of which you describe known as RPG Builder or something. Its 3D and animated and the like, and its pretty good too.

For the images, check if the file extension is saved as .jpg. If so, print-screen new ones as .png as they have better quality.
If that doesn't work, I'd recommend PM'ing an admin/moderator.
