Could you apply this to the non-Steam RPG Maker 2003?


I'm interested to know if it works with the stand alone version too? I despise Steam and only bought the non-Steam version.

That...is exactly the approach The Binding of Isaac uses.
Fair enough, that's not the feeling I had when I played the game, so I just assumed it wasn't using that approach. Thanks for correcting me :)

@Kylaila: I know what you mean, most of the graphics here are just placeholders, especially the mugshots and the dungeon graphics. I'm still waiting for a friend of mine to finish making them. This is not the most recent build btw, now the FP-dungeon is fully coded and CBS as well (which is not the case in this GIF). I only have a few bosses left.

@planotm: as I said to Kylaila, mugshots are placeholders. The final mugshots will be animals =)
