Opinions in point form:
-Is that the same character with a redesign or is it somebody else?
-Looks and sounds good.
-A little worried about mixing the lines "Stealth mechanics will be present." and "Enemies can appear randomly at any point in most locations" since I played a game like that once and it really didn't end well. I forget which game (it was an RM one) and the dev went into one of those "No, you just don't understand my art!" tirades. But you've shown yourself to be a sensible dev. Just beware that, if you do it like that other guy, stealth (which is an exercise in observation, patience and decisiveness) will be meaningless.

Summer Greetings!
I go with Malandy's idea that they're just very deep philosophy books.
Also, a summer-time image dump and no swimsuit pics. That's progress. Buck the status quo!

Well, for niconico, I mainly see it for MVs, where if you want to Google Translate, you've got to do the handwrity thing, to get all the kanji down.
And that's if the audio has words onscreen.
Yeah, I see it with begging for MMD models or other resources. Google Translate can handle that as I've used it myself many times (though I'm still several shy of a complete Kancolle... collection). You just put your request into google translate in English as basic as possible and run it to Japanese. They've always understood and either respond with the password or a "no distribute."

The game is available in Chinese and they are being supportive, that's all :3
Oh that's great then. I wonder if I've always misunderstood that.

... Why are most comments on the page in Chinese?
They're requests for a Chinese translation. As Steam Workshop tends to go, people vote no for something if it doesn't support their language, and that sentiment spreads on share forums and social media so you get a ton of users demanding whatever language they speak. That's completely understandable of course but they tend to voice their demands in their language instead of the dev's language so half the time the dev has no clue what they're saying. I see English-speaking people do that on Japanese sites like niconico too, so I guess every nation has their share of people who don't consider google translate for their request first.

Voted. Good luck. Steam's native hate for RM games is about 600% normal (and I can't fault them much for it considering all the junk that gets passed) but this is something different so I hope it goes up.
Progress
For bunches of flowers like that I find it's usually best to give them a border somehow so it's like a garden or to use Photoshop or whatever to move them closer together and in more random rows. Then place them as an empty event so that it's not taking up a gigantic amount of space on your tileset. Using tall grass like in the lower right can help too.
But yeah that house looks great.
