I've been trying it myself but I lack the artistic talent to envision how the light falls properly. So I end up creating a mock-up of the room in 3D software with primitive shapes and adjust the lights that way to see how they work properly. But it takes so long I think I could try to get a second job to pay for hiring somebody quicker LOL

*remove RM default shadows.
*determine if map is magically lit for plot reasons or not.
*if not, then determine sources of light.
*choose proper colours for the light source. Not all sources have the same colour.
*add overlays and shadows extending from sources of light, strongest first.
Do I have that right?
