How can I defeat the first boss and how many level should I reach to fight the first boss?Is damn hard.

There is a bit of error after I killed a monster called"Lady Ghost".After I finished killing Lady Ghost,the "Quest Update"keep popup and then I cannot do anything after that.Can you please solve the problem?
